1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lithosbase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Lithosbase is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for natural stone, marble, and related material warehouses. We provide tools for tracking items, stock movements, and public catalog generation.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized users
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lithosbase to store illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces, or perform actions that could harm the service or other users.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to Lithosbase. We do not sell or share your inventory data with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Public Catalog

If you enable the public catalog feature, selected items will be accessible without login at a public URL. You are solely responsible for what you choose to make public. Lithosbase is not liable for content published through the public catalog feature.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages or data loss, except where required by applicable law.

8. Pricing and Plans

Free and paid plans are available. Paid features are subject to the pricing published at the time of subscription. We will provide reasonable notice before changing pricing for existing subscribers.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Italy.
