By creating an account or using Lithosbase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. The service is for people aged 16 or over.

3. What the Service Does

Lithosbase is a cloud platform for managing the yard of marble, natural stone and related material workshops. It provides tools to catalogue items, record stock movements, publish public catalogs and manage a team with role based access control.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe
• You may not share your account with unauthorised people
• You are responsible for everything done through your account
• You must provide accurate, current information when you register
• If someone accesses your account without permission, tell support@lithosbase.app straight away

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Store or transmit illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to reach other workspaces or accounts without authorisation
• Run activities that harm the performance or the security of the service
• Run unauthorised automated operations without our written consent

6. Data Ownership

You remain the sole owner of everything you upload to Lithosbase. We do not sell, share or use your inventory data for anything other than running the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Public Catalog

If you turn the public catalog on, the items you select become reachable without login at your workspace public URL. You alone are responsible for the content you choose to make public.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not offer a specific uptime guarantee. Planned interruptions are announced at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Plan and Billing

• The plan and its price are described on the Pricing page
• As an alternative to the subscription you can buy the licence with a one off payment, together with a monthly service fee
• The service fee is not optional: it covers servers, updates and technical support. If it stops, access to the service stops with it
• The subscription starts with a free trial and renews automatically each month, charged in advance
• Payments are handled by Stripe: card details never pass through our systems
• You can cancel at any time before renewal from the Subscription page of your workspace
• Price changes are announced to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance

10. Cancellation and Suspension

Cancellation: you can delete your account from the Account settings page. Data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Suspension: in case of a serious breach we reserve the right to suspend the account, with notice by email and at least 7 days to put things right.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lithosbase is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months before the event.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third party infrastructure failures, network outages or natural disasters.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms with at least 14 days notice by email or with a notice in the app. Continued use of the service counts as acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute goes to the courts of Perth, Western Australia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.
